Thrive is a personal leadership program that develops the skills and habits that help young people thrive in school, work and life.

Referencing Gestalt theory, which states that nothing is perceived without the context of its surroundings, and that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, we built an identity system from the building blocks of the program; the Four Big Decisions. We developed icons to represent these fundamentals aspects of the program, then using those icons throughout the identity system to convey the pertinent tone for each decision. Each colour, matched with each symbol came to have deeper meaning while progressing throughout the program for the participants.

Implemented across a wide range of media, including website, online training portals, video learning modules, as well as printed collateral and workbooks.
